Focus Estate Fund has acquired the 13,200 sqm Ferio Legnica shopping centre in southwest Poland from Raiffeisen Bank International for an undisclosed sum.
Ferio Legnica, which opened in 2007 and now has an annual footfall of 2 mln, comprises 11,965 sqm of retail (40 stores) and 1,269 sqm of office space as well as 334 parking spaces. Anchor tenants include Netto, Pepco, Kik, Sinsay, Jysk, Action and Rossmann. The three-storey shopping centre is situated on ul. Chojnowska on the edge of Legnica’s old town.
