CZECH REPUBLIC Emons chooses Sázava Logistics Park for 2nd hub

Warehouse & industrial
German logistics company Emons has leased more than 6,000 sqm in Sázava Logistics Park, which is situated off the D1 motorway near Ostředek, about 45 km southeast of central Prague.

This will be Emons’ second logistics hub in the wider Prague region, the first being in Mstětice on the D11, and its tenth branch in the Czech Republic. The company has now leased almost 25,000 sqm of warehouse space in the country.

With this latest lease, Sázava Logistics Park, which comprises 50,000 sqm in four halls, is now fully leased. The complex has been developed by UDI Group.

The park is capable of handling hundreds of trucks a day. The excellent location by the D1 motorway exit just a few kilometres from Prague is not its only advantage. Tenants also appreciate the high environmental standard of the site, which, for example, provides three-quarters of drinking water needs via a unique rainwater treatment system. This saves up to 8,700 cubic metres of drinking water annually.
Marcela Fialková, the strategy director of UDI Group

Savills advised Emons during the leasing negotiations.
