The XIMI-V brand is building a brick-and-mortar chain of lifestyle stores, which are to open in Warsaw. The first is already operating in Warsaw's Blue City shopping centre, while another Warsaw opening is also to take place soon.

Poland Antczak builds for Dino

The Antczak Group has been appointed as the general contractor to construct a new distribution centre in Zawiercie for Dino Polska. The total area will be around 45,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027.

Poland TVM expands across Poland

The TVM Group has expanded its warehouse space in Poland by 10,000 sqm with newly leased space in the Warsaw and Poznań regions, as well as a warehouse in Gdańsk.

Poland Arvato arrives in Prologis Park Poznań III

Logistics services operator Arvato has chosen Prologis Park Poznań III as the location for its new European distribution centre. The development will comprise 46,000 sqm, of which 1,000 sqm will be office space.

Private Label Tissue takes more space from Hillwood

Private Label Tissue, a manufacturer of hygiene and sanitary paper products and part of the Velvet Care Group, is to expand its warehouse space at the Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka logistics centre by an additional 9,000 sqm.

Hranipex takes up 3,000 sqm

Furniture fitting supplier Hranipex has leased around 3,000 sqm of warehouse space at CTPark Bucharest South. The newly-leased space is used for the storage and distribution of furniture components to serve customers across Romania.

Hillwood signs up Yoer

Household appliance manufacturer Yoer has leased nearly 5,000 sqm in the Hillwood Poznań-Czempiń warehouse complex.

Patac comes to Duisburg

Logistics operator Patac has signed a 7,300 sqm lease agreement with Garbe Industrial for space in the Multi-User Park in Duisburg.

Geodis signs up with Prologis

Global logistics provider has leased 9,600 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Teresin. The agreement includes 200 sqm of office space, which Prologis will fully adapt to Geodis's needs.

Sellpy moves to Wrocław Campus 2

Second-hand online goods trader Sellpy has leased a distribution warehouse in Pannatoni Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.
