POLAND TitanX expands in CTPark Opole

Warehouse & industrial
The cornerstone has been laid for an 18,320 sqm BTS building that is to be developed in CTPark Opole in southwest Poland for truck cooling systems supplier TitanX Engine Cooling.

TitanX will move into the OPO3 hall of the complex, constructed as a BTS project for the firm, in October. An 8,700 sqm production plant is also to be built for the company in the future. TitanX has leased 11,582 sqm in CTPark Opole since 2018.

CBRE took part in the negotiations with TitanX during the leasing process.

The lease agreements signed with TitanX Engine Cooling cover a total of app. 26,930 sqm in our industrial and logistics park in Opole. This is a particularly important moment for CTP, because it shows how our clients grow along with the development of our projects. Business needs the right infrastructure to drive growth, and TitanX Engine Cooling – one of our first tenants in Poland – has used all the advantages of this location for further development in the areas of ongoing business projects.
Bogi Gabrovic, the CFO of CTP Polska

CTPark Opole, on ul. Północna on the northwestern outskirts of Opole, will comprise 80,000 sqm after the completion of the construction phases now planned. The general contractor is Atlas Ward Polska.
