UK-based M Core, through its subsidiary LCP Properties, is to develop Świdnik M Park in an investment of EUR 10 mln. The 7,700 sqm retail park is the group’s largest development so far in Poland and the first under the M Park brand.
The centre has already secured such tenants as Pepco, Dealz, Action, Sinsay, Rossmann, Martes Sport and large Portuguese food operator Biedronka, with more to be announced.
We’re delighted to launch our first M Park development in Poland. The LCP arm of the business has been established in Poland since 2005, so it’s fantastic to put our official M Core stamp on the region. Świdnik M Park opened on March 30th, with ambitious plans set to ensure its success as a bustling hub for it
