AFI Europe has completed the refurbishment of the historic Wolf Krongold townhouse on ul. Złota in central Warsaw, having adapted it for long-term apartment rentals and modern commercial space.
The renovation of the townhouse at ul. Złota 83, which was built between 1896 and 1899, also involved the restoration of the stuccowork, the paintings on the staircase and the tiles on the stoves. The interiors of the apartments have been designed by the Tremend studio, while JLL group's Tétris division was responsible for the finishing works The ground floor of the building has been reserved for retail and other commercial space, including F&B operators.
