Poland Skyliner welcomes new tenants

Office & mixed-use development
Warsaw's Skyliner office building is gaining more tenants. Noble Securities, Werfen Polska and Greenville will find new premises in the building, with their offices taking up a total of more than 1,300 sqm of space.

In concluding the transaction with the three new tenants, the Karimpol Group was supported by the CBRE consulting agency, which acted as an intermediary throughout the process. Thus, a total of 40,000 sqm is already leased in Skyliner, occupying more than 80 pct of the office building's space. Another 10 pct of the space is already reserved for other clients.

The Noble Securities brokerage house will occupy 526 sqm of space in the building. The company has been involved in the Polish capital market since 1994, carrying out public and private bond issues. Another new tenant, the Greenville group of companies, will occupy 453 sqm of space in Skyliner. The company has been developing projects in the residential and commercial property sector for more than 20 years. Greenville is also actively developing renewable energy projects, including in Ukraine and Poland. Werfen Polska, on the other hand, will move into a space of 379 sqm. Founded in 1966, the company develops solutions in the field of IVD. It offers systems, reagents and specialised software for laboratories and hospitals.

Skyliner is also home to Bolt, Booksy, Coca-Cola Poland Services, DXC Technology, iTechArt, Luxoft, Mattel, MicroStrategy, Mindspace, Onwelo and Tarkett, among others. The building is located in Warsaw's Wola district near Rondo Daszyńskiego. It offers 49,000 sqm of office and retail space for lease over 42 floors. The office building has a five-level car park for 428 cars and electric vehicle charging stations, as well as parking spaces for 330 bicycles with lockers and bathrooms. Skyliner, designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio, has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and is powered by 100 pct renewable energy sources.
