Poland Skyliner welcomes new tenants

Warsaw's Skyliner office building is gaining more tenants. Noble Securities, Werfen Polska and Greenville will find new premises in the building, with their offices taking up a total of more than 1,300 sqm of space.
In concluding the transaction with the three new tenants, the Karimpol Group was supported by the CBRE consulting agency, which acted as an intermediary throughout the process. Thus, a total of 40,000 sqm is already leased in Skyliner, occupying more than 80 pct of the office building's space. Another 10 pct of the space is already reserved for other clients.
