POLAND Langowski added to Łużycka Plus

Langowski Logistics has operated in the TFL sector since 2004, providing cargo transport by road, sea, rail and air. It has a global network of over 1,500 agents and also operates its own customs agency along with four warehouses. The company was advised in its search for the location and in the leasing negotiations by Newmark Polska.

Having an array of options presented, Langowski Logistics chose an office in Łużycka Plus. The key advantages of this modern office complex included readily available space, the right office size and proximity to a municipal train station, which is important for the employees of Langowski Logistics.

Łużycka Plus, along with Łużycka Office Park, is owned by a joint venture of Investika realitní fond and Bud Holdings. It has a usable area of 11,768 sqm and has received Building Without Barriers (Obiekt bez Barier) and BREEAM certificates.
