Poland Welcome to The Shire

Office & mixed-use development
A network of serviced offices has been inaugurated under the brand The Shire. The operator will provide flexible office space, as well as support for landlords considering their own flex space. The first locations are expected to be announced in Q3 of this year, with Devonshire Investment Group behind the project.

The Shire is a solution aimed at small, medium and large businesses and startups. In addition to flexible serviced office space, the concept includes comprehensive support for administrative services, as well as in the areas of finance, legal care, HR, recruitment and IT.

At The Shire, we want to create welcoming spaces bespoke to Tolkien's idyllic concept that support productivity, teamwork and social bonding, as opposed to traditional corporate offices.
Oskar Odziemczyk, a managing partner of The Shire

As the founders argue, joining The Shire network is an ideal solution for landlords who are unable to fill their office spaces at the current scale or simply want to expand their offer.

It is difficult to predict how many companies and employees will choose the remote or hybrid coworking model in the years to come. At the same time, the number of coworking spaces around the world is set to increase - JLL predicts that by 2030, 30 pct of office space will be flexible at least in part. In Poland, there is still plenty of room for the development of this segment and for good quality office space. Our ambitions include initially expanding in Poland and then in the CEE region to become one of the three main operators in this market.
Rafał Pisklewicz, a managing partner of The Shire

Devonshire Investment Group is a Polish private equity fund investing in companies supporting the Work 3.0 transformation. DIG's portfolio includes brands such as recruitment agency Devire, Neumann Executive, Flaire and Peaksales AI. The group operates in the CEE region.
