Globalworth has announced the expansion and prolongation of Honeywell's lease in the BOC building in Bucharest. The extension covers more than 24,000 sqm of GLA.
Honeywell's presence in the BOC building has grown significantly since their first lease of close to 4,000 sqm GLA in 2011. Additional space was subsequently added, with further expansion in 2011 and later in 2013, 2015 and 2016. This latest lease extension and expansion demonstrates Honeywell's confidence in the value and potential of the BOC building and Bucharest's thriving business community.
