Poland New life for historic Szczecin building

Residential
The Capital Park Group has received permission to modernize a historic building in the centre of Szczecin. Rezydencja Aleja Fontann, a residential building with 62 flats will be built there.

The historic tenement house, erected at the end of the 19th century, is located on Plac Grunwaldzki. After WWII, a municipal clinic was established here, which operated until the beginning of the 21st century, but for the past 20 years the building has been vacant. The project to revitalise it involves preserving the original front elevation with all its architectural details. The entire process of restoring the building will be carried out in consultation with Szczecin's conservation officer.

We are delighted that after the historic tenement house in Toruń’s Old Town, the Hampton by Hilton Old Town hotel in Gdańsk and the Norblin Factory in Warsaw, we will have the opportunity to recreate a beautiful 19th-century tenement house.
Sylwia Filewicz, Head of Development & Construction Department at Capital Park Group

In Rezydencja Aleja Fontann, flats with a total usable area of approx. 5,600 sqm will be located on six above-ground levels. The property will be equipped with a two-level underground garage with 61 parking spaces. Dedeco architects are responsible for the modernisation project. Capital Park Group repurchased the townhouse from the previous owner in 2022. Rezydencja Aleja Fontann is the first revitalisation project carried out by the Warsaw-based company in Szczecin.
