POLAND Keywords to join Quorum

Office & mixed-use development
London Stock Exchange-listed video game developer Keywords Studios has leased 4,000 sqm in building A of the Quorum office complex in Wrocław,. The owner and developer of the complex is Cavatina Holding.

Keywords Studios already employs 1,300 specialists in Global Office Park In Katowice, which is also owned by Cavatina and where recently it expanded its space to 13,000 sqm.

Katowice is Keywords Studios’ largest studio in Europe. To meet the expectations of our customers, the company has made another strategic decision, investing in expanding its operations in Poland with a branch in Wrocław. In Katowice, we have built an attractive and development-friendly working environment. We want to do the same in Wrocław, entering another large job market in the IT and video games industry. The location and standard of the offices are important factors in this process.
Chris Bewick, the FQA regional director for Eurasia at Keywords Studios

Quorum A, which is scheduled to come into use in early 2024, will comprise 18,000 sqm of office space over twelve floors along with 1,000 sqm of retail and service space. At least 30 pct of the energy used in the building will come from renewable energy sources.

The entire Quorum complex on the banks of the Odra will eventually offer 85,000 sqm of office space in four buildings. All the buildings are to be BREEAM and Well Health-Safety Rating certified. Building D has already obtained both of these certificates, including BREEAM ‘Excellent’. Resi Capital is developing the fifth building, which will contain apartments.
