Poland Street in the passage

Retail & leisure
Street Restaurant has opened in the Lixa office complex. The restaurant occupies approx. 470 sqm on the ground floor of the Lixa C building, facing the pedestrian walkway between ul. Kasprzaka and Giełdowa.

Street Restaurant is another venue in the retail concept Lixa City Gardens. Four restaurants currently operate under the Street brand in office buildings and shopping malls in Warsaw.

The décor of the Street Restaurant in the Lixa C building features, among other things, graphics of distinctive car elements, lamps alluding to engine pistons and materials used to finish racing cars. The restaurant space includes, among other things, a VIP area that can accommodate around 60 people and is a venue for various meetings and special events. There is also an outdoor garden next to the restaurant.

The selection of a restaurant in an office complex is always a major challenge for the investor. The complementary tailoring of the catering offer to the needs and expectations of employees and visitors to the building significantly increases its attractiveness. The new generation of employees in particular expects office buildings not only to offer comfortable conditions for performing their duties, but also to provide attractive opportunities for leisure activities and important daily needs.
Marta Zawadzka, Leasing Director Yareal Polska

The lease agreement for the restaurant space was signed for a period of 10 years and the JLL team, represented by Anna Wdowiak, participated in its negotiations.

Thanks to the unique layout of the premises, we were able to arrange the space to accommodate multi-person bookings, during which up to 50 people can sit together, at one table.
Magdalena Lewicka, Managing Partner of the Restauracje Street chain

The 20,000 sqm Lixa C office building is the third of the buildings commissioned as part of Yareal's largest office project ever - the Lixa campus in Wola, designed by HRA Architekci studio. Lixa C has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, as well as a WELL Health-Safety rating.

The final phase of the complex is currently under construction - the Lixa D and E office buildings, which will offer a total of more than 28,000 sqm of leasable space and will be ready to welcome tenants in Q2 and Q1 2024 respectively. A public 150-metre pedestrian walkway will also be completed during this phase of the development. Once the final two office buildings are completed, Lixa will form a complex of five buildings with a total area of 77,000 sqm.
