Hillwood Polska has started the expansion of the Łódź Górna logistics park with the addition of a second hall of almost 42,000 sqm. it is expected to be completed in Q1 2024.
Hillwood Łódź Górna will ultimately consist of two buildings with a total area of over 115,000 sqm, with a storage height of 10m. The first warehouse, already in operation, has an area of over 73,000 sqm.
