Colliers is taking over the management of Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw. The company will also be responsible for the commercialisation of the office building. The owner of the historic edifice, which offers office and retail space, is the Czech fund Investika.
Royal Trakt Offices, formerly known as the Berenstein Palace, was built in the 19th century on the Royal Route, at the corner of Aleje Ujazdowskie and ul. Wilcza. Offering 4,000 sqm of office space, the building has undergone renovation, thanks to which it has been adapted to the needs of demanding tenants, but has retained its historical character. Investika finalised the purchase of the property this summer.
