A&A Holding has received the building permit for the redevelopment of Magazyn Bawełny (Cotton Warehouse) in Łódź, which once served as a warehouse for a neighbouring cotton mill. The mixed-use project is to be developed within the Manufaktura complex in the city.
The office space within the building is to amount to 8,500 sqm, while the retail and service space will come to 4,000 sqm. The building is to combine the industrial heritage of Łódź with ESG requirements. The project has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the ‘Outstanding’ level.
The building permit allows the procedure for selecting a general contractor for the investment to begin. The construction work is scheduled to start in 2024. The project is expected to take about 12&nd
