Deka Immobilien, the owner of the North Gate office building in Warsaw, has signed a lease agreement with a company operating in the renewable energy sector. The tenant has taken an office of more than 5,000 sqm.
The green energy supplier's office will occupy three floors in the office building, with the company planning to move to its new premises in H1 2024. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Beata Tabaka and Małgorzata Mazur of Maxon Nieruchomości. The property owner was represented by Savills, which is the exclusive agent for the commercialisation of office space in the North Gate building.
