Poland C.H. Robinson opts for Studio B

Office & mixed-use development
In spring next year, C.H. Robinson will move into Studio B, a Warsaw office building developed by Skanska. The logistics platform will take up nearly 4,500 sqm of space.

C.H Robinson provides freight transportation and logistics, outsourcing solutions, produce sourcing and information services, through a network of over 300 offices in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. Advisors from Cushman & Wakefield participated in the leasing process.

Studio B was designed by Danish Arrow Architects and Poland's Grupa 5 Architekci. It is part of an office complex with about 43,000 sqm of space, built between two metro stations – Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego. The property itself will offer places for recreation – an open square with small architecture and green terraces for employees. Studio B was designed and constructed meeting the requirements of LEED, WELL and Building without Barriers certificates. The building uses environmentally friendly solutions, including air conditioning based on ultra-quiet chilled beams and adiabatic humidifier. Healthier air has also been taken care of around the complex, thanks to an anti-smog concrete sidewalk.
