In two years, Finnish developer YIT has built and handed over more than 500 rental units in Warsaw to the Nrep fund. The flats were built in three Warsaw districts - Ursynów, Bemowo and Mokotów.
In October 2022, YIT released 116 flats to the Nrep fund as part of the second phase of the Parkur Residence development, in April 2023 around 100 units forming part of the first phase of Nordic Bemowo and in September 2023 - 280 residential units in the Smartti Mokotów project.
The PRS market is challenging for a developer, due to the form of financing, the finishing of the units and the specifics of working with funds. We have proven that we can handle it.Tomasz Konarski, president of YIT
