Two new tenants have moved into almost 23,000 sqm in VGP Park Ústí nad Labem City.
German hi-tech equipment specialist Exyte Technology has leased almost 12,600 sqm of warehouse and office space in the complex, while Bosal Aftermarket Europe, a Belgian producer of catalytic converters and emission control systems for passenger cars and industrial applications has taken up 10,210 sqm of production and warehouse space. Both companies will be occupying hall A of the park, which has just been handed over to them.
