A large distribution network operating in the Romanian market has extended its lease of 10,400 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park. According to the agreement, it will additionally receive modern office space of 330 sqm for use.

Indotek Group has sold the Bokserska Office Center in Warsaw. The buyer is Enter Air, Polish charter airline, which intends to relocate its headquarters to the property.

Mövenpick has made its debut in Poland with the opening of two hotels – Mövenpick Grand Hotel Wrocław and Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz. The brand has plans for further expansion in Europe.

Mitiska REIM, specialist investor in European convenience real estate, has announced it has secured a EUR 50 mln co-investment alongside the MEREP 3 value-add fund from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Prologis begins construction of a BTS warehouse for logistics company DP World. Prologis Park Łódź with an area of over 41,500 sqm will serve as a modern distribution centre for the Dell Technologies factory in Łódź.
Mercedes-Benz will build an industrial park in Jawor. This is another investment of the company in the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone ‘Invest-Park’.

MLP Group will develop its third business centre in the Ruhr region in Castrop-Rauxel. The project, which is being built on a brownfield site, will provide approx. 57,000 sqm of space, which will be certified to a DGNB standard of at least Gold.
Panattoni Park Łódź West III is gaining a new tenant from the 3PL sector. The Italian company Barth Italiana will occupy over 5,500 sqm of space in the complex.
Panattoni is to build a new industrial park in the Mazovia region. The development of Panattoni Park Sochaczew with an area of almost 28,000 sqm will commence in the Q1 of 2025 with the first tenant – Pilkington Automotive Poland – to move in by November.
MLP Group is planning a new logistics and industrial center in Rzeszów. The facility is set to provide over 52,000 sqm of warehouse and office space.
P3 Logistic Parks has constructed a facility in P3 Warsaw I Park for Rohlig SUUS Logistics. The company occupies almost 50,000 sqm there, including their office space of about 300 sqm.
CTP has leased an additional 42,000 sqm to Polish fashion producer LPP at CTPark Bucharest West. LPP’s latest lease takes its total footprint at CTPark Bucharest West to 131,000 sqm.
MLP Group is starting the development of its second warehouse park in close proximity to Berlin. The MLP Spreenhagen park will eventually offer 39,000 sqm of modern space. The project is scheduled for completion and occupancy in Q3 2025.
Construction work on a modern logistics property in Norderstedt has officially begun with a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony. Just a few kilometres north of Hamburg’s city limits, Garbe is developing a new building with a total area of 12,700 sqm. Completion is planned for the middle of next year.

The company will occupy a total of more than 5,600 sqm of space in the MLP Pruszków II complex. The new tenant can already use a 5,400 sqm warehouse hall.
