Apollo-Rida Poland, the owner and manager of Jerozolimskie Business Park, signed leases with six new tenants in the last quarter of 2023. The companies who chose the property are SGS Polska, Veolia Water Technologies, HelpHero, Oregon Polska, Vinci Construction Grands Project and Eurex Expertise.

SGS Polska, is a testing, inspection and certification company offering services to manufacturing, energy, pharmaceutical and mining industries, as well as public institutions. Veolia Water Technologies is a supplier of technological solutions for water and wastewater treatment to industrial plants and municipal water and sewage companies. The company has taken 2,000 sqm of space combining offices, a showroom and business meeting areas. Colliers advised LPP on the lease, while its Colliers Define team was responsible for the interior design and fit-out.

Poland is strengthening its position among developed markets. S&P Dow Jones Indices has decided to reclassify the country from an emerging to a developed market. The change will take effect in September 2027, when Poland will join the S&P Developed BMI as the 27th country in the index. FTSE Russell and STOXX already classify Poland as a developed market.

Cavatina transforms public space around Quorum Tower in Wrocław

Cavatina Holding, the developer of Quorum Tower on ul. gen. Sikorskiego, is redeveloping approximately 3.8 ha of public space around the project at its own expense. The works include new riverside boulevards, public squares, cycle paths and upgraded streets, with parts of the area already open to residents.

Kraków offices split between centre and outskirts

Kraków’s office market saw a sharp drop in tenant activity in the first half of 2026, while the gap between central and non-central locations continued to widen. Gross take-up fell 58 pct year on year to 73,000 sqm, while net take-up dropped 27 pct to 36,000 sqm, according to Axi Immo’s latest report.

BaFin Signs 15-Year Lease for 23,000 sqm at Frankfurt’s RAW

Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has signed a 15-year lease for approximately 23,000 sqm at RAW Frankfurt. The authority is expected to move in in 2028, following the completion of the landmark property’s redevelopment.

National Heritage Board relocates to HOP in Warsaw

The National Heritage Board of Poland (NID) has relocated its headquarters to HOP at ul. Chmielna 132/134 in Warsaw. The institute has leased nearly 3,800 sqm across five floors. Following the deal, the building owned by Syrena Real Estate is 98 pct leased.

Adgar PDT Wola receives LEED Gold certification

Adgar PDT Wola, a former department store at 8/12 Młynarska Street in Warsaw, has received LEED Gold certification with a score of 79 out of 100. The 1950s building was converted into an office and commercial property and now offers 8,512 sqm of total space.

Tricity office take-up rises by more than 32 pct in first half

Tenants leased almost 70,600 sqm of office space in the Tricity in the first half of 2026, an increase of more than 32 pct year on year. At the same time, the vacancy rate fell to 10.4 pct, one of the lowest levels among Poland’s main regional office markets.

Philips Polska expands office at Symetris Business Park

Philips Polska, which has been a tenant at Łódź’s Symetris Business Park for several years, has expanded its office in the complex to almost 9,700 sqm.

Kraków office take-up falls 52 pct despite Q2 rebound

Around 73,000 sqm of office space was leased in Kraków in the first half of 2026, 52 pct less than in the same period last year. Leasing activity nevertheless picked up sharply in the second quarter, with take-up three times higher than in the first three months of the year.

Hyundai Motor Poland expands in Wołoska 24

Hyundai Motor Poland has renewed its lease at Wołoska 24 in Warsaw and expanded its office space by around 30 pct. The company will now occupy nearly 1,700 sqm, up from around 1,300 sqm.

Wrocław office market sees weaker tenant activity in H1 2026

Tenant activity slowed in Wrocław in the first half of 2026. Two office projects were completed in the first quarter, leaving no buildings under construction. The vacancy rate also edged down. However, with around 295,000 sqm of space available for immediate occupation, it will take time for the market to rebalance, according to Newmark Polska’s 'Office Occupier – Wrocław Office Market' report.

Drutex to invest PLN 30 mln in headquarters expansion

Drutex has begun the second phase of an expansion of its headquarters in Bytów, northern Poland. The PLN 30 mln project will refurbish its existing office building and connect it to the rest of the complex, which was completed last year. Allcon has been appointed as the general contractor.

WSP takes 1,100 sqm at Skyliner II

WSP Polska, a global engineering and consulting firm, has signed a lease with Karimpol Polska for 1,100 sqm of office space on the 12th floor of Skyliner II. The office will house WSP’s engineers and consultants specialising in building services, infrastructure, environmental services and sustainability.

Warsaw and Regional Office Markets Diverge

Warsaw and Poland’s regional office markets are increasingly moving in different directions. In the capital, strong demand and limited availability of prime space are leaving tenants with fewer options, while greater availability in the regional cities gives companies more freedom to relocate.

Signum Work Station Earns ActiveScore Platinum

Signum Work Station office building on ul. Domaniewska in Warsaw’s Mokotów district has received ActiveScore Platinum certification. The certification recognises the building’s comprehensive facilities and amenities for cycling and other forms of active mobility.
