SolarWinds has extended its lease agreement in the Bonarka for Business complex in Kraków. The software provider occupies app. 2,600 sqm of office space in Building E.

SolarWinds is a manufacturer of IT monitoring and management tools. JLL represented the tenant in the transaction.

Bonarka for Business is an office park in the Podgórze district. The complex completed in 2016 comprises eight class A buildings with a total leasable area of 75,000 sqm. B4B is directly adjacent to the Bonarka shopping centre.

The complex is part of the Revetas Capital portfolio. The developer of the building was TriGranit, which was acquired by Revetas in 2018. Ceres Management Service is responsible for the management of B4B.
