Agart-Pro has extended its lease of nearly 1,800 sqm of warehouse and office space in Eurologis Logistics Centre. The complex is located 16 km from the centre of Wrocław.
Agart-Pro distributes foodstuffs to bakeries, cake and ice-cream shops in Pomerania, Kuyavia-Pomerania, Lubuskie, Greater Poland, Mazovia and Lower Silesia. Operating four branches, the company delivers products directly from manufacturers (such companies as Dawn Foods, Irca, Bakels, Komplet, Credin, Uniferm, Kruszwica, OSM Bieruń, and Arctos). The tenant was represented during the renegotiation process by Newmark Polska.
