Enel-med, a network from the medical services industry, has extended its lease at Wrocław's West Gate building, owned by Globalworth, for another ten years. The tenant will expand dental and rehabilitation services for its patients.

West Gate is a modern office building of 17,700 sqm, located in the north-western part of Wrocław. The building has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. West Gate is attractive to the leaders of many industries and the big advantages it offers undoubtedly include its location, the services within the building and the comfort of the work space. Romania Bucharest sees low fit-out costs

The average total office fit-out costs in Bucharest slightly increased in 2025 to EUR 1,077/sqm, according to data from the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company, based on the EMEA Fit-Out Cost Guide 2026. However, Bucharest remains one of the most affordable markets in Central and Eastern Europe, with fit-out costs 18 pct and 15 pct lower than in Warsaw and Prague, respectively.

Assa Abloy, a provider of access control solutions, will continue to operate from the Wiśniowy Business Park office building.

Andersia Tower almost full

Andersia Tower in Poznań is now close to fully commercialised, with Savills having secured leases for over 3,500 sqm of the building.

Swobodna Spot delivered

Echo Investment has completed construction of the Swobodna SPOT office building in Wrocław and has now been issued with an occupancy permit. The ten-storey building designed by the Kuryłowicz + Architekci studio comprises 16,000 sqm of office space.

Visa for The Bridge

Digital payment and credit card giant Visa will soon open its global technology and product hub in Ghelamco’s The Bridge tower in Warsaw. The long-term lease for 17,300 sqm of space is the largest transaction so far this year in the city’s office leasing market.

Bonprix enters Nowa Fabryczna

E-commerce fashion brand Bonprix, a fashion brand has opened an office on the 5th floor of the Nowa Fabryczna office building in Łódź. The company occupies nearly 2,400 sqm.

Mokotów Nova reimagined

The modernisation of the Mokotów Nova office complex at ul. Wołoska 22 in Warsaw has been completed. The work primarily covered the ground floor of the buildings and the development of the outdoor areas.

Prague sees massive flex office expansion

Prague ranks among the European cities with the highest projected growth in flexible office space. This is primarily due to the long-standing shortage of new office buildings available for lease on the open market and to growing corporate demand for comprehensive services. Flexible offices are thus gradually shifting from being a market add-on (or nice to have) to becoming its driving force.

Wojdyła becomes BASE³

Wojdyła Business Park office centre on ul. Muchoborska in Wrocław has been rebranded as BASE³ – Home of Business. Following its sale to new owners, Propwave Advisory has also been appointed as the leasing agent to recommercialise the centre.

Vastint to build new quarter in central Wrocław

Vastint plans to transform a 1.7 ha site at ul. Powstańców Śląskich 2-4 in Wrocław into a mixed-use development. The TREE Group has been appointed to demolish the former Arkady Wrocławskie shopping centre on the site, to be completed by mid-2027. APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio has been commissioned to design the new project.

Lorenz moves to Nowy Rynek

Lorenz, a manufacturer of salty snacks, has moved to a new 2,500 sqm office in Poznań's Nowy Rynek complex.

Savills appointed to Sobański

Savills has been appointed the exclusive leasing agent for the commercialisation of Sobański Palace, a prestigious heritage property in Warsaw.

Nowy Styl stays for longer

Furniture manufacturer Nowy Styl has renewed its lease in the Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw. As part of the transaction, the company’s showroom underwent a complete refurbishment in February this year. The tenant occupies around 550 sqm in the centre.

ISS appointed to Studio A

ISS has been selected to deliver technical services for the Studio A office building in Warsaw. The ISS team will be responsible for technical maintenance and ensuring the efficient operation of all systems and installations.

GIOŚ moves into HOP

The Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (GIOŚ) has leased 4,600 sqm of office space in HOP building on ul. Chmielna in Warsaw, owned by Syrena Real Estate.

Regions grow slowly

Modern office stock in Romania’s main regional cities – Cluj - Napoca, Timișoara, Iași and Brașov - currently stands at approximately 1.08 mln sqm, while no office project has been delivered in these markets over the past two years, according to 'Romania Office Report' released by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox real estate consultancy company.

Iaso to redefine the centre of Katowice

Iaso, a new mixed-use complex combining offices, a hotel, and services, is being built in the centre of Katowice. The investor behind the project is the Epione Group.
