Czech Republic 7R enters Czech market

The 7R Group has been granted permission to build a warehouse in the Czech Republic. This is the first foreign project for the company, which has experienced dynamic growth in Poland for 15 years. The value of the investment comes to more than EUR 30 mln.
In Poland, we have completed over 100 facilities with a total area of 1.8 mln sqm. The Czech hotel market is building on an exceptionally strong year in 2025, marked by a significant increase in transaction volumes and investor interest. According to Cushman & Wakefield, a total of 16 hotels were sold in the Czech Republic, representing 2,989 rooms and a total transaction volume of EUR 764 mln. Based on available data, this represents the highest annual transaction volume ever recorded on the Czech hotel market.
