Smart Park Poland and RG Leasing announced the latest progress in the implementation of their investment projects. After last year's openings in Mława and Wąbrzeźno, more locations are coming up.
The first phase of the project in Syców opened last week and covers an area of 6,000 sqm of commercial space. The last available unit awaits a new tenant. Work on the second phase – covering an area of 2,000 sqm – is underway, with the investor planning to open additional stores for customers by the end of the second quarter of this year.
