Terg, the owner of Media Expert, plans to strengthen its portfolio of investments in its own retail locations. The company wants to put into operation facilities with a total area of 72,000 sqm within the next two years.
Terg's plans represent a diversification of the portfolio of facilities that currently house Media Expert outlets. The brand currently has over 550 shops across Poland and opens between a dozen and a few dozen new locations every year. A growing share of these are free-standing facilities owned by Terg and Aurapark retail parks. Under the latter model, Terg will deliver a total of 72,000 sqm of retail space by the end of 2025.
