Poland Refinancing secured for Galeria Młociny

EPP and Echo Investment have successfully secured a loan worth EUR 145.2 mln for the new financing of the Galeria Młociny shopping centre in Warsaw.
Galeria Młociny, owned by EPP (70 pct stake) and Echo Investment (30 pct stake), complies with the environmental objective of the EU Taxonomy on climate change adaptation. Erste Bank Group, Rand Merchant Bank, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited and Santander Bank Polska acted as arrangers of the new credit facility, with Santander Bank Polska also acting as facility agent, security agent and account bank. Warsaw ranks as the fourth least affordable capital for a single person, with essential monthly expenses, including housing, food, transport, personal care and leisure, totalling EUR 1,836. With the average net salary standing at EUR 1,911, these costs absorb 96.1 pct of typical earnings, leaving residents with just EUR 74 per month. Only Lisbon, Tirana, and Athens offer worse affordability among the 37 capital cities surveyed by Tradingpedia.

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics and Panattoni are expanding their partnership at Wrocław Campus 2. The world’s largest logistics operator has leased an additional 20,000 sqm of space at the complex in Krzyżowice, near Wrocław, just a few months after having moved in. Under the new agreement, DSV will now occupy over 65,000 sqm in the centre.
