Poland Zeitraum is officially opened

The total floor area of the two buildings is more than 5,200 sqm. The facility, after having received its occupancy permit in February 2024, is already fully let for the next academic year. Zeitraum works mainly with universities and colleges, while a pool of beds for individual rental is also available. Sports camps and language schools are to be accommodated in the facility during the summer holidays.

The communal space on the first floor acts as a club where you can meet with friends or have a meal. There is a games room next to it, as well as a space where students can learn together, for example by giving presentations.

Most of the available units operate in a 1+2 model, combining a single and double room with a shared hall and bathroom. A number of standard studios are also available at the property. Additionally, the top floors have fully equipped premium flats. There is a shared kitchen on each floor, a reception desk in the lobby. The safety of residents is supervised by security and CCTV.

An app-operated washing machines are available to students on the lower floors. A Żabka shop will soon be available at the main entrance, and a commercial club for EMS training is goint to open on level -1. Residents can use the bike racks, as well as the parcel machine located just inside the door.
