Panattoni has completed the construction of a new production and warehouse facility for Air Spiralo in Szamotuły, near Poznań. The 9,200 sqm investment will enhance the company's production and logistics capabilities.
The new BTS facility is located near the existing factory, allowing for the consolidation of logistics and production processes. 4,200 sqm of space has been adapted for production processes, and 4,100 sqm for warehouse operations. Offices will occupy 900 sqm.
The Air Spiralo plant will now be equipped with new technological lines and machinery. The developer also applied several solutions to minimize water consumption, energy consumption, and CO2 emissions and adapted its roof for photovoltaic
