One Gallery will feature over 14,300 sqm of commercial space

One United Properties announced the lease of a retail space with a GLA of 3,600 sqm on the ground floor of One Gallery building, including terraces and storage spaces. The contract has been signed with Tomcat Hospitality.
With the facilities to be opened within One Gallery, Tomcat Hospitality will operate a food market concept, housing over 40 different operators under one roof. The lease term is 17 years, and the contract value amounts to over EUR 40 mln. Tomcat Hospitality operates restaurant brands such as Treevi Pizza al Taglio, Élephante, and Sagakura, among others.
