Poland Not only for students

Collegia Group has previously completed a dormitory and flats under the Collegia brand on Sobieskiego Street in Gdansk. The project was finished in 2020. The new development is located on the border of the Wrzeszcz and Oliwa districts, opposite the campus of the University of Gdansk and WSB Merito Gdansk University. It is being developed in cooperation with the design team of the Abacus design office.

A total of 100 hotel rooms and about 390 academic rooms have been designed over an area of 24,000 sqm. The top floors will house a hotel, with a view of the Gdansk Bay and the Tri-City Landscape Park. The first floor will house service functions, including a catering establishment, two conference rooms with catering facilities and a fitness centre.

The other 10 floors will house a dormitory with accommodation for around 500 people: flats with private terraces, single rooms and separate rooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. All residents will have access to common areas: study, rest and relaxation rooms, laundry, fitness and catering facilities with a public terrace. The building will also provide 187 parking spaces.

The project is scheduled for completion in spring 2026. Mega is responsible for the construction of the building, acting as general contractor. The Collegia Group are co-branded companies developing projects in the commercial property sector. Currently, the group's activities are directed towards implementing solutions in the dormitory and office building sector in Poland.
