Resi4Rent, Poland's largest PRS operator, has launched 290 rental apartments onto the Wrocław market this year.
Resi4Rent has been operating in Wrocław since 2019. So far, the company has completed three PRS developments in the city and is planning to add three more this year with more than 950 apartments. The first building – stage II of the Wrocław Jaworska development – has already been brought into use.
