POLAND Resi4Rent adds more to Wrocław

Resi4Rent has been operating in Wrocław since 2019. So far, the company has completed three PRS developments in the city and is planning to add three more this year with more than 950 apartments. The first building – stage II of the Wrocław Jaworska development – has already been brought into use.

The second building of Wrocław Jaworska will feature a green façade that captures and filters air pollution as well as acting as a natural insulator against heat and cold. The project, which is surrounded by greenery, is situated next to the Lower Silesian University of Applied Sciences. With the completion of the building, the number of rental apartments in the estate has been increased from 391 to 681, with the new fully-fitted flats ranging from ​​23 sqm to 52 sqm.

This has been a record-breaking year so far in terms of the growth of the Resi4Rent platform across Poland. We want to increase our portfolio – which at the beginning of the year included over 4,100 units – by over 50 pct by the end of this year.
