CTP has handed over a newly completed 18,000 sqm industrial and logistics building in CTPark Žatec to Fiege, a provider of logistics and transport services in Europe.
In April 2024, the companies signed an agreement to expand Fiege’s lease by almost 6,000 sqm in the same building. From this location the company will store and subsequently distribute tyres for retail clients from the Czech Republic, Moravia and Slovakia. This is Fiege's third location in the CTP portfolio, following existing leases in Poland and the Czech Republic.
