Real Management has signed an agreement with Sales Service for the lease of more than 5,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna near Warsaw. The facility has thus been fully commercialised.
The tenant was advised in the transaction by the Axi Immo agency.
Sales Service specialises in providing comprehensive services to companies in terms of building the visibility of drugstore, pharmacy and perfume brands at the point of sale. The company offers activities in logistics, production, installation and service of display furniture and POS materials.
Good Point V warehouse and production park is located in Łubna, adjacent to national road 79. The complex will comprise three buildings
