San Park Piaseczno, the largest retail park currently under construction in the Mazovia voivodship, will open on 4 September. The retail park, offering a total of nearly 40 shops of brands from many sectors, was fully commercialised a few weeks before the opening.
The entire complex will offer approx. 55,000 sqm GLA, and customers will be able to shop in nearly 40 outlets. The car park will offer 1,100 spaces. The tenants will include, among others, Jula (the largest shop of nearly 2,500 sqm) Action, CCC, Tedi, HalfPrice, Homla, Rossmann, Drugstore dm, Sinsay, Smyk, Media Expert, Sports Direct. The food operator will be an Aldi chain supermarket.
The strength of San Park is to be the expanded food and beverage zone. Specialised shops, restaurants and cafes will occupy as many as 25 units and an area of 3,700 sqm GLA.
Two well-liked bakeries, Putka and Wanda, will open in the complex. Customers looking for more upmarket products will also have an Italian and Asian delicatessen at their disposal. There will also be a Kiszeczka butcher's shop and a Koneser shop with selected spirits. The Health&Beauty section will include Rituals, Vision Express, Rossmann, the dm drugstore and a pharmacy. From the very beginning, we have focused on restaurant and café concepts that will distinguish our facility. Customers will have at their disposal a Starbucks chain outlet, Vita Café or Cukiernia Sowa. There will also be restaurants with a full cross-section of flavours from different parts of the world, such as L'Osteria, Viet Point, Yugo, Subway or a brand new Turkish concept, The Efendi, making its debut in Poland.
