Siemens Healthineers has expanded its cooperation regarding office space lease with Deka Immobilien, the owner of the International Business Center complex in Warsaw.
The agreement includes both the continuation of the office lease (350 sqm) for the Siemens Healthineers Academy, ongoing since 2016, as well as the lease of additional space (1500 sqm) as part of the planned relocation of the company's main headquarters to the IBC office building in January 2025. Savills advisory firm represented the property owner, Deka Immobilien fund, in the lease transaction.
