Poland Highway to Hillwood

Hillwood invested more than PLN 30 mln in the reconstruction of the access roads. The work began in mid-2023 and included the extension of a community road, ul. Kasztelańska, over a section of around 500 m, the construction of a new section of community road of around 950 m, and the reconstruction of State Road 72 over a section of around 800 m with two roundabouts.

During the course of the year, we carried out complex works involving both the expansion and modernisation of the road system in the Stare Miasto commune near Konin, as planned. This is an investment which benefits many groups of users - from residents, who gained new bus stops with bays, pavements and cycle paths, to drivers, for whom we provided fast and safe access to the planned Industrial Park Poland by Hillwood. This road investment, however, is above all a key element of our new major project.

Industrial Park Poland by Hillwood is being built on a 137-ha site.

Ultimately, Poland's largest industrial park with logistics facilities could be built here. The result of our many years of work is the best prepared and also the largest industrial site in the country, which offers space for plants of leading international companies.
