Poland Another field for Refield

Retail & leisure
Refield is starting the development of the first retail park in Środa Wielkopolska. Pasaż Średzki is expected to open in 2026.

The facility will feature an area of 20,000 sqm GLA. The project will consist of around 30 units, located in five retail buildings, and Refield has already begun the commercialisation. Tenants are expected to include, among others, a food operator, a large-format DIY shop, a drive-thru restaurant and chain brands from various industries.

We see the potential of Greater Poland, where we have successfully developed Pasaż Grodziski and Pasaż Kępiński, each with a total area of 18,500 sqm GLA. Pasaż Średzki will be our largest project in the region.
Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, CEO of Refield

Środa Wielkopolska is located about 30 kilometres from Poznań. Pasaż Średzki will be located close to the DK11 road. There are plans to develop bike paths and bus transport in the vicinity as well.
