Poland Ozimska Park sold to Newgate

This is the third acquisition carried out by the company this year. Previously, the company bought a retail park located in the border town of Zgorzelec of almost 5,500 sqm gla and one in Bielsko-Biała with an area of 17,000 sqm, also being developed by Redkom Development. Currently, Newgate Investment's portfolio consists of 33 retail properties worth almost EUR 300 mln, located in various Polish cities and with a combined leasable area of more than 150,000 sqm. Talks are underway to purchase
