Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300 sqm park in Bolesławiec. The first tenant in the development is to be Toyota Boshoku Poland.
The company produces car seats and car seat components as well as interior fittings for vehicles. The tenant chose the location both because it is near to its head office and because of its convenient connections with key markets. The new 6,500 sqm warehouse will support the company’s development by serving nearby production and by facilitating the transport of its products to Western Europe.
