7R and EQT Exeter will jointly develop a modern logistics park near Prague. The 56,000 sqm investment will consist of two buildings located along the D8 highway, which serves the Greater Prague area.
The project, named EQT Exeter Park Prague D8 Luzec, will feature two warehouses with areas of 44,000 sqm and 12,000 sqm, respectively. The buildings will be constructed following the highest ESG standards, including preparations for installing photovoltaic panels and heat pumps.
