Poland Antczak Group to build retail and service complex

A service and retail complex Panorama Park II is being built in Kościelna Wieś. At the end of November, the foundation stone ceremony for the building took place.
The investment will involve the construction of two buildings with a total area of approx. 5,000 sqm. The ground floors will house service and retail spaces, while the ground floor will be designed as office space. The investor is FM Invest Bydłowscy, the contractor is FB Antczak. Previously, the Antczak Group carried out residential investments in Kościelna Wieś. Almost 20 years after we started our investment in Kościelna Wieś, the spaces we realised give home to around 6,000 residents

In 2024, a total of 83 new luxury stores were opened on 20 key premium streets in Europe in 16 cities and 12 countries, according to European Luxury Retail 2025, a study by Cushman & Wakefield. Over half a mln sqm of new retail space came on stream last year, marking the highest new supply level in Poland since 2015. Physical retail dominates

The results of the CBRE European Retail Occupier Survey 2024 suggest the retail sector and regional economy overall approach the end of a challenging period. The study includes responses from over 60 global retailers with a store network of over 130,000 locations, and shows that 71 pct of retailers planning to increase their number of physical stores intend to do so in markets where they are already present.
