LCP Properties, part of the international M Core group, has officially opened M Park Pionki, the 50th retail park under the M Park brand in Poland. It is also the thirteenth M Park in the Mazovia region.
M Park Pionki offers 9,300 sqm of space and premises for 15 tenants. On the opening day, the facility was 100 per cent commercialised. Construction work on M Park Pionki began in November 2023.
M Park Pionki is located on the main street in the city, in the immediate vicinity of the railway station. A car park for 355 cars with four vehicle charging stations has been created at the facility. The investor plans to obtain BREEAM certification at the Very Good level for the property.
