Poland Resi Capital is developing its first project in Bielsko-Biała

As part of the first stage, the developer will deliver 251 flats with areas ranging from 25 to 72 sqm in a seven-storey building C. An underground garage with more than 500 parking spaces will also be waiting for residents. Seven commercial premises are planned on the ground floor.

The architects have prepared a minimalist design, referring to the urban context of this part of the city, complemented by greenery and spaces open to the residents of the area.

The project includes, among other things, the preservation of one of the walls of the former Befama factory, which is an iconic place for many city residents. I am convinced that the Reytan Apartments will perfectly fit into the local landscape of residential real estate, and that Bielsko-Biała will gain a place for comfortable living that stands out in many respects.

Resi Capital is already conducting pre-sales of the units. The Reytan Apartments are scheduled for completion in Q2 2026. Ultimately, the entire complex, located in the city centre on ul. Mickiewicza and ul. Rejtana, will provide 316 flats to the local market.
