Poland Big Poland acquires two retail properties

Big Poland has bought two retail facilities Park Kujawia in Włocławek and Atut in Myszków. The combined value of both transactions exceeds EUR 56 mln. The Big brand already has seven retail parks in Poland: in Łubna near Warsaw, Lubin, Andrychów, Gorzów Wielkopolski and Ostróda. Together with three development projects in progress, Big Poland's portfolio now includes 10 locations.
With the acquisition of the new projects in Włocławek and Myszków, Big Poland’s portfolio will grow by an additional 34,500 sqm of GLA. These newly acquired properties will undergo rebranding and soon operate as Big Włocławek and Big Myszków, complemented by year-round marketing activities to enhance visibility and market presence. The acquisitions of these two new retail properties in Włocławek and Myszków mark a significant step in executing our long-term investor strategy. L
