Poland The Shire launches new project in Warsaw

From next year, a new facility by The Shire will start operating in the tenement on ul. Poznańska. The project will include seven premium, fully equipped independent serviced modules. It will not be a typical coworking space. Each module, offering between 6 and 50 workstations, will have its own kitchen and toilets, as well as meeting rooms. The spaces will be jointly managed, by the owner and the operator, The Shire Beyond Coworking, who will take care of the full servicing: from cleaning, technical service, internet, coffee, reception and concierge care.

Poznańska 37 is a luxurious A+ class office building located in the very centre of Warsaw. The building was created as a result of a comprehensive revitalisation of a historic tenement building from 1904, which was extended by two storeys. The modernisation was carried out in 2019.
