Trei Real Estate Poland has opened its 40th Vendo Park. The investment was created in Wrocław and has 5,000 sqm. Vendo Park Wrocław is the first facility under this banner in the capital of Lower Silesia. The retail park was built on a plot of approx. 15,000 sqm.
The 40th Vendo Park was built at the intersection of ul. Kiełczowska and ul. Poleska, in the Psie Pole district, in the immediate vicinity of provincial road 372, which forms part of the eastern bypass of Wrocław.
Eight brands have opened their shops here: KiK, Maxi Zoo, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Sinsay and Tedi, and a Wakacje.pl travel agency will soon open its salon as well. There are 114 parking spaces available. The retail offer of Wrocław's Vendo Park will also be complemented by a
