Poland Fashion giant chooses Panattoni

Panattoni Park Głogów is an industrial park set to reach a total area of 111,000 sqm, with 78,000 sqm already developed and fully leased. The facility is already used by a logistics operator servicing a pet store chain. The developer has already delivered 2.3 mln sqm of modern industrial space in the region.

The park is located 10 km from the S3 expressway and near the planned S12 bypass. Following the developer's standards, the facility has been BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, ensuring reduced carbon emissions and lower energy and water consumption, resulting in savings for tenants. To ensure employee wellbeing, the office spaces have been analyzed for acoustic properties, thermal comfort, and access to natural light.
